#GIVINGTUESDAY is TODAY! Learn how you can take action with Navigate Hope!
#GivingTuesday is a global giving movement that has been built by individuals, families, organizations, businesses and communities in all 50 states and in countries around the world.
This #GivingTuesday join Navigate Hope in our goal to educate 5,000 individuals on Mental Health Awareness in 2021!
The more individuals we educate the more we can teach and empower our diverse communities to confront mental health challenges for themselves and others BEFORE they ever have a chance to reach the crisis point.
Our mental health educational programs teach tools and strategies to enable effective self care and resources for individuals and communities. We can disrupt the leading risk factors of suicide and mental health challenges by decreasing the stigma around mental health and providing visible resources.
Here are the most impactful ways YOU can take action with us this #GIVINGTUESDAY
1. Give the gift of Mental Health Education by making a direct donation!
One donation of $12 ensures we can educate at least 1 individual.
An essential part of our education programming is empowering individuals to share what they learned with their family, peers and community. Prevention starts with driving the conversation on mental health and showing others how to be supportive of each other. Together we can educate thousands!
2. Share Navigate Hope Mental Health Awareness on Social Media

3. Attend a Mental Health Education Training Sesion
Become one of the individuals we hope to educate by the end of 2021!
One of the best ways to be proactive about suicide prevention is to get educated on mental health and share what you’ve learned with those closest to you. Attend a Mental Health Education Workshop to learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges in yourself and others, to better understand how to be supportive of all those around you. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.
